Because the the stretchy fabric it holds everything firm I can wear it during day just fine. I always hand wash and hang dry to make sure the bras lasts a long time.

Armpits are a bit to high & doing this eliminates the bind there. Love the wide shoulder straps! Wish it were a bit lower cut, but not using the top 3 clasps works for everyday. I will be buying more.
