So, if you're not satisfied, simply send your Just My Size order back, and we'll take care of the rest! If you wish to send your justmysize.com or Just My Size catalog order back, simply follow the instructions on the reverse side of your order's packing ticket. (Shipping charges are not refundable.)

How long will it take to process my justmysize.com or Just My Size catalog return?
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return to us to process your refund, credit your charge card or handle your exchange.
