Good for short waisted people
As stated, these are not bikinis. They are what is termed "hipsters." I find them great because I have a short waist. Briefs are over my bellybutton and show under pants waist band. I am too heavy for bikinis. These are just right. The down side is the elastic waist band does tend to strech out fast.

Briefs first, low-rise second
I've tried a large variety of the panties Hanes sells, and these are the only ones among those that I really couldn't stand and returned almost immediately.
Let's start with what should be apparent from the name, but I apparently didn't quite believe: these are briefs. They are quite large, and cover pretty much everything. I felt kinda lost in them.
They rise lower than ordinary briefs, but shouldn't be considered "low-rise" by any normal use of the term. Briefs traditionally rise to the navel, and while these rise much lower than that, they are much, much higher than bikinis. You can't expect them to hide under even slightly low-rise (say, 1-2" below the navel) jeans.

poor quality
I was very disappointed in these panties. I bought the same size I would normally buy in the stores, and these fit much smaller. The quality of the fabric is not that great. Don't waste your money.

lose the line?
Why did you stop selling the "lose the line" collection of panties? They were the very best panties I have ever worn. These "no-rides" are ok but not nearly as good in fit or style.
