I loved the support I felt good when put them on. BUT they were too Long they went pass my knees & for Knee Hi's that is not a Good thing. So I tried pulling them down a bit, by the end of the day they had cut my legs into!

These are great trouser socks! They stay in place, they don't slide down your leg and end up around your ankles. They are well made and long lasting. They are well made and do not run easily. They are long but since I am 5'8" with very long legs I like the fact that these trouser socks come all the way up to my knee without much stretching. I LOVE these trouser socks, and will only order these as long as they make'em!

The material felt very snug and would have worked great for a support stocking if my calf were smaller or if I had bought them a couple of sizes larger. That's discouraging. I was able to get them on, but they strangled the top of my calf and wouldn't stay up. As they rolled down, it felt like a tourniquet on my leg.

I have tried most of the knee hi trouser socks sold here. I have a 19" calf at the widest point and just under my knee it is 17". The size guide puts me at a 3x but wanting them not to dig in to my leg and leave 1/2" deep mark/ring around my leg. I bought the 4x-7x. I have worn T.E.D. by Kendell support socks. These are a bit lighter and look more like a normal sock. They do not rings or mark any more or less than the T.E.D. socks. These are a bit long for me but I felt I needed the 4x-7x size to not have them too tight on the top. Much to my surprise because these more evenly tight on the leg the dig is more comfortable. It is still happening but not until later in the day. They are long so to help control the clumping/sagging at the ankle I have left the heel of the sock in the instep of my shoe and extra in the toe. I might try these again in 1x-3x. Fair warning because these are support socks it takes some pull to get them on. By the end of the day (8-10 hrs) I do find myself adjusting the rings around my ankle & calf. I like the rings/marks on my legs are dangerous so I try to adjust the sock but these are not painful rings are the other non-support socks are. These might be as good as it gets.
