So, if you're not satisfied, simply send your Just My Size order back, and we'll take care of the rest! If you wish to send your or Just My Size catalog order back, simply follow the instructions on the reverse side of your order's packing ticket. (Shipping charges are not refundable.)

How long will it take to process my or Just My Size catalog return?
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return to us to process your refund, credit your charge card or handle your exchange. Until we process your return, we are unable to tell you the status of the return. For credits issued to credit cards, it may take two billing statements for your credit to appear on your statement.
