The reviews are accurate - love em!
I am tall (5 10") and struggle to find pants in size 20 that are both long enough and not too baggy saggy in the butt/legs (this is not where I carry my weight). I read the reviews here and thought I would give these pants a try.
They arrived today in black and I am back to buy them in many other colors! Very, very nice cut - at the waist (not too low, which is what I've been finding lately) and long enough (I usually try to find a 32" length, but took a chance and these seem fine)
My only complaint is the fabric is a little thin. I LIKE the feel of it (does not look "cheap"/shiny) but these great pants would be 5 star in a more substanial blend of the same fibers.

Love these pants!
These pants are so comfortable that I bought all the colors! They fit true to size and they actually do slim my tummy alittle!! They don't need ironing and are perfect for the office because they don't wrinkle. The cut is great--legs aren't wide which makes the pants slenderizing. The only con I would have to say is that the material is a little on the lighweight side so I may not be able to wear them in the cold Kansas winter. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating. Get them!!

Dressy yet comfortable
I bought three pairs of these pants because they fit well, are long enough for my tall frame, are very comfortable and keep their shape. They also wash well.
