Top is weird
I bought this skirt in what should have been my size. The top tier is to long and to small. Does not flow like it should. I returned it for an exchange a size larger. It fits just like the smaller size. I'm not returning this one, because of the cost of return postage. I'm going to take the scissors to the top, and cut off a few inches, and see if that doesn't help. I'll resew the waist band, and hopefully will get something wearable. I'm pretty disappointed. Also, the fabric is thin. What a weird skirt. Bummer.

I bought 2 skirts but am returning them.
THE SKIRTS ARE MADE FROM A THIN T-SHIRT MATERIAL AND ARRIVED WRINKLED. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THEY WOULD BE A JERSEY MATERIAL, NOT A T-SHIRT MATERIAL.
