Good value, length is inconsistant
I ordered 1 pair of these flat front average length (30" inseam) pants in each color, and for some reason the average length seems to differ on each of the pants. I washed everything prior to wearing, so perhaps it's a drying issue. No matter - the tan pair of pants are almost too long, but the black pair of pants seem too short. The navy and brown pair of pants seem normal.
Also, the brown is a lighter brown than what's shown on the swatch. The other colors are true to the swatch. I find that the pants are a generous cut - probably I could have ordered the next smallest size, but since this is my first time ordering these and they are cotton, I erred on the side of more material rather than less. Next time I order these, I will be ordering the next size down.
The material itself is supposed to be stain and wrinkle resistant . It is quite heavy and will probably last for years. I haven't had a chance to try out the stain resistance, but wrinkles do seem to shake out when I throw them into the dryer for a couple of minutes.
I work in a construction management office, so dressy clothes are not a necessity here. These pants are good for casual dress or weekends.

Absolute Garbage
I have no problem with the fit of this garment, but the fabric is awful. I purchased these pants in January and have worn them 3 times, they are falling apart. At every stress point the fabric is shredding. Buyer beware!

great pants!!!
I purchased one pair of these pants and liked them so much I ordered 3 more. These pants fit my pear shaped figure. I have a relatively smaller waist with larger hips and thighs. The standard weight fabric is perfect for me because i do not like "stretch" fabrics that cling to my thighs. These pants are perfect for work or casual occasions. One color comment- I ordered a pair of brown and the brown is an odd cocoa color. I would have preferred a deep/dark brown.
I plan to buy more in the future and also will try the capri pants.

Returning!
The zipper is on the left side, as if they were men's pants. The legs at the ankles seem to be as big as the waist. Worst pair of pants I've ever purchased. I'm pleased with other products purchased from JMS but I'm definitely returning these pants.
