Velcro Straps
This bra has reasonable support, but the drawback is that the adjustable strap uses velcro, and the rough velcro portion is against your skin. After awhile it naturally starts to chafe against the shoulder and gets to be a little uncomfortable. Too bad because the rest of the features of this bra are very good.

Comfortable but...
I bought this bra because of the reviews and because it was one of the only sports bras in my size 32DD. It is very comfortable but I use it for tennis and I still have quite a bit of bounce. I also squish out the sides a bit. Anyway - I'm still looking for a better one.

Comfortable Bra but not enough support
The bra is comfortable and good looking hence the 4 stars. For biking, elyptical yoga etc it will work fine and I will keep it. I had bought it, however, for running and I find there is too much bounce with it. I am a 35 D and do not feel comfortable running in this bra with all of the movement. I am still looking for that perfect jog bra.
