For the larger fuller breasted
For us girls with the larger, fuller breasts this bra is wonderful. The cups fit the whole breast, the shoulders are protected and the front closure is wonderful. I have back and nerve isssues so not struglling to hook the bra is great, and I leave the bottom two hooks undone to eleminate the pull where I have nerve damage.

You need to check the sizing on this bra!
I measured the bra I purchased, a 46D and it measures 39".
So don't expect this bra to fit!

Runs very small, uncomfortable
This has to be the most uncomfortable bra I have ever bought. The sliding straps should slide from the back so the holding mechanism isn't always turning sidewise and cutting into the arm. It runs extremely small. I would not recommend to anyone.
